Honestly, it's a information goldmine. You'll get answers to most obscure questions and in detail. All others sources on the internet are either fluff or endorsements. It it also inconvenient to have to visit two websites that does same thing. So people don't want to abandon what they are habituated to.

I have, although I'm only a lurker. I understand the concerns of the moderators and regular posters and decided to support them by not giving my attention and time to the website. I've subscribed to some of the communities here and enjoying it thus far. I'll try not to peak and get most of solutions else where but it's going to be an uphill task for me, who tries to find every answer in Reddit.

So true. I add reedit at the end of my query to get solutions for very specific problems. Now after that whole fiasco, it feels wrong to do that anymore. I hope this gets good traffic in the future.
