Neighborhoods should be nice and inexpensive. One out of two isn't good enough for a goal.

Universal stylus, matte screens, e-ink displays. I want more stuff factoring these things more seriously into their designs.

Is issue one "the USA"?

Different problems superceding entrenched ones can feel like relief.

We need information, math, data that distinguishes between:

A) tragedy of the commons--you doing it yourself won't make a difference, but everyone doing it will, so you doing it yourself makes a difference, and

B) the change is so minuscule that even if everybody in the world did it, it still wouldn't move the needle.

Everything in B should be replaced with "clobber billionaires and coporations and governments", but nothing from A gets misplaced in B.

It feels like the safest assumption that he's planned exactly how to start it with a few key leaders, has it arranged so his wealth skyrockets no matter who wins, and is actively trying to start it by saying this.

I'm not saying that's what's happening. I'm saying that is the way this is to be heard, as a default, until proven otherwise. Ditto any similar statements about similar powder kegs from people of similarly bloated wealth.
