For UPS, management also includes web, backend, IT, etc positions. Basically if you weren't a hub worker or delivery driver, you're likely non-union and structured as management.

I think return to office mandates are silly. Regardless, it's more about maintaining the office market values, right? So basically need to accept that's where things are going and that will inevitably happen.

I'm not an economist, so I don't know the full implications of it all, but I know things will be in for a ride.

Popular things can still be entertaining, just look at the original Star Wars for instance. You can always give it a shot, sometime. Also, expectations can sour an experience so try to be open and everything, especially considering where you're coming from.

They did a test run at my airport some years ago, but I don't think it took off. Sadly, I never got to check it out for myself.
