Truegaming is a "deep-dive" community dedicated to thoughtful and in-depth discussions about all things gaming (i.e. video games, board games, and beyond).

The community values posts and comments that contribute to meaningful conversations, such as in-depth reviews, breaking down mechanics and narratives, and general exploration of game design and philosophy. Truegaming strives to provide an environment where gamers can engage in constructive debates, share their perspectives, and learn from others in the community.

As off-topic discussions are generally discouraged, we have decided to establish Monday threads for meta discussions. Under this thread, you may discuss about the earlier discussions, the direction this community is going, moderation, etc.

I must not engage with the discourse
Discourse is the time-killer
Discourse is the little error that leads to table-flipping

When it has gone past, I will turn to my timeline and see no posts
Where the discourse was, there will be nothing
