He’s addicted to ketamine? I would’ve guessed cocaine

I believe the quote I read from someone who knows him was something like "He microdoses ketamine daily, and macrodoses at parties"

I wonder if he pisses his pants yet? He must have K bladder by now, unless there is some super rich people secret to avoid it.

Wow, because of your comment I've googled ketamine bladder and now I can't consider K as a relatively safe drug anymore.

20 - 90 % of users got irreversible urinal tract ulceration and significantly reduced functional bladder capacity.

That study is really light on information. I'd love to see more useful data if anyone has seen it. Like 20% of people who ever tried it ended up with ulceration? I know that's not what it's implying but that's preposterous. We get one guy who started having problems after 3 years of use. He used ketamine for another two years and ended up with serious issues. That's crazy, but where was he on the scale of once a week to Matthew Perry?

I have no doubts that he frequently does that, as well as other controlled substances. But it's okay for him to abuse drugs; he's rich and powerful after all! Though it would be interesting to see his head under an MRI with T2 and see how many Olney's lesions he has.

T2? As in the spin relaxation time?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 months ago

Maybe they mean Terminator. I wouldn't be surprised if he is working another job now, the economy is rough.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 months ago (1 children)

The spin-spin relaxation! I'm not a radiologist, but it's my understanding that T2 weighted images are the best way to see lesions. And it's believed that ketamine abuse gives brain lesions. I'd bet a couple bucks that his brain looks like Swiss cheese. (I'm not sure if I missed some reference or if the question was serious btw)

Yep, this is what I was asking. Thank you!
