one of the most unhinged and terminally-online takes I have seen after federation, blaming us for the CSAM attacks because Hexbear is actually lying about having a coherent message and politic and we're just in it to make people's lives worse actually. Don't try to understand them! You are simply being fooled by their schemes!

It really is one of those thought terminating phrases. I've not seen any reason to call Hexbearians trolls other than "waah my cishet normative/racist/propagandised/etc. thoughts are being challenged!"
