I just walked home from the dentist and tried to smile thanks at a driver who stopped for me to cross the road. Unfortunately I currently can't move my face, so instead just gave her a blank stare.
I was about to say this might be a good time to deploy the finger guns but without a smile that might just seem like a threat
confuse the driver with an upward nod
