If you are someone who posts memes ad funny stuff on Lemmy, this is a question for you, where do you get the memes? Are they reposted or original?

All mine are original unless otherwise stated. They may not be the best, but they're OC πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

[–] [email protected] 15 points 3 weeks ago

Gotta bring that OC homey. This the big leagues. Can't be half-steppin' with some offbrand, stepped on, 9gag reheated meme soup.

But really, thanks to anybody filling these pages. It's a team effort!

I am original.

Memes are stored in the balls.

They came a long long time ago from a galaxy far far away known as 2015... and I left them all there where they belong lol

Reposted from IG and Reddit.

I don’t post much but I sometimes get memes from a Discord server β€” that of the webcomic Drugs and Wires

80/20

80% are made with Meme Generator and I add the stupid text ideas of my dumb brain.

20% are something someone send to me and I place it here, mostly if I know they are fresh and not the oldest repost with only 32 pixels left.

I have 250+ based on work experiences, usually unpleasant. They don't make it to social media, but i do share with colleagues. Maybe I'll release them some day.

Release the krakens.

I get about a third of my memes from Lemmy, and the rest from Imgur.

But I don't post memes. Just save them to my phone to send to my girlfriend.

Someone sends it to me, and i pass it on

I just assume it's done by Ai and bots...

All my memes come from the MIC (Meme Industrial Conglomerate)
