- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

I'm not sure "arbitration judge" is the right term.
I mean that is what she is. None of her cases are criminal or of any consequence it's all arbitration, most of which is already determined off screen and played for entertainment on tv
Is she actually a judge though? That's a fairly meaningful term.
Huh, it looks like she was an actual judge prior to her TV stuff. Manhattan family court judge from 1982 - 1996.

I mean, inside of her tv show she comes off as a mean-spirited bully who delights in humiliating people she sees as 'less' than her, so she's a right-wing POS there too.
