I'm kinda hoping they make a warbond that has an upgraded version shooting toxin laced bullets (kinda like the old Paragon), or explosive ones. And while they're at it, bring back the Double Freedom, a one-handed, double barrel sawed-off firing incendiary rounds.

Blowing into an enclosed space is chaotic, the fan has to push against air currents being deflected. Blowing into an open space (aka sucking out of you dishwasher) is much more orderly, the fan can simply pull the air out and there are much fewer air currents running orthogonal.
This is as far as my very basic knowledge goes here. You can try this effect by exhaling and inhaling air through a barely open mouth or a straw.
EDIT: On a related note, never "blow" during fellatio.

At my job we recently had an old device that was used to produce the sound a phone makes when the line is busy, open, etc. . It's about arm length and 20 cm thick, you can distinguish the cogs producing the phase from the signal.

Guter Punkt, da gibt es schon einiges an (bekannten) Maschen.
Dass es ums Drangsalieren geht glaube ich eher weniger (gut, das Ausspielen der "aber die Totalverweigerer!"-Karte gibt dir irgendwo Recht), vielmehr vermute ich, dass hier betuchteren und damit einflussreichen Leuten nicht vor den Kopf gestoßen werden soll.
Der FDP fehlt halt der politische Wille, langfristige Verbesserung zu erzielen.

The Diligence is a DMR (or SPR), it excels at accurate fire without losing too much in terms of ammo capacity and sustained rate of fire. Use it against bots, it is a surprisingly good chaff weapon and can take good care of devastators if you aim is true. Could you just use a Tenderiser instead? Yeah, probably.
The CS is something I never bothered with - I suppose it is a bit better suited for Devastators and maybe shooting the joints on a scout strider?
The Erupton is ... special. Why you classify it as a sniper rifle is beyond me, but you do you. I also wonder what you were expecting from a sniper rifle when shooting bugs - enemies that will quite easily overwhelm you with a combination of sheer numbers and armoured support (can't kill hunters if you need to dodge a Charger). The AMR will take good care of the medium weights, such as Brood/Alpha Commanders and Hive Guards and can still take on Hulks and Chargers in a pinch. No clue why you think that a rifle-calibre or intermediate cartridge should take out armoured units.
