I'm 6'4, 250 lbs. Canadian

I drive an 02 golf. Before this, a Toyota 4runner (1st gen).

I'm not trying to brag... But I think it's not a "I'm too big for anything smaller" it's a "I'm too insecure for anything smaller", aka "my dick is too small for anything smaller" syndrome.

I've recently made friends with a group of Germans who have come to Canada. I'm astonished by the practicality and industriousness I've noticed in contrast to the idiocy of most Canadians. I'm not saying you don't have any idiots in Germany. I'm just saying culturally, there seem to be some big differences.

Remember, don't let the dumbest of the world ruin your happiness.

Prost

6 months ago, it's "we want to scan all devices for CSA media", 2 months ago, "we want to scan all devices for DRM", now, "we want to scan all devices for phishing"

They're just rebranding the same thing over and over till nobody says anything... Get ready for it, guys, the end of privacy is here.

Ex commercial (sourdough) Baker here. Cast iron will be handed down to your children's children.

What we used was basic (good quality) sheet metal bread pans. Avoid coatings, or anything fancy... Sure they may do something in the short term... But... Same with pyrex. They used to be good, but quality has gone way down in the past 20 years, and you have to be real careful with them, like they're made of glass or something ;)

This is one place, where possibly the cheapest option is what will win the day. Keep it simple silly :) don't overthinking it, get something, and get baking!

Something definitely seems to be going on right now.

It doesn't make sense that basically all social media platforms seem to be making absolutely horrid decisions right now, like, just downright stupid...

I think it would be a good idea, not only would it show that you're not looking for his attention, it would set boundaries with your employer, where they may need to find ways to put you two far away from each other. Which would be healthy as well.

I understand I only have your side of the story... but I'm on your side. She cornered you, (probably because she had doubts about marrying this fellow) you told her what she needed to know, and he's being an asshole about it.

Do the right thing, go to HR

Well, judging by your previous comment.

I essentially just thinking about what the intention is behind something. What are Facebook's intentions? Are they to connect you with your friends, and improve your life? No. Their intention is keep you stuck too their platform, and sharing marketable details of your life.

You walk onto a car lot. Is your first thought "hey, this guy is super friendly! He just wants to spend time with me" not, his intention is to get you into the most expensive car he can.

Does that make sense?
