WTF? They fixed mine for free, and they showed me the "bill" and it supposedly would have cost many thousands of dollars.

Sometimes I buy groceries and just think about the fact that I'm going to poop it all out later.

This happened to me with my Volt. Had to have the BECM replaced, just like it says in the article.

I'm hanging in there. House is a mess, because we just got fumigated for termites. The garage door is broken. We don't have heat right now (thank goodness we live in a warm climate). But I'm still so thankful for what I have. Spouse has been such a help through all this.

I'm really sorry you feel this way. I hope the apathy fades away and you find joy in life. Take care of yourself, and get help if you need it.

Sorry work sucks. I'm glad you have a light at the end of the tunnel!

I hope the world's decision-makers listen to this panel. We need to take drastic measures, starting with the common-sense solution of taxing destructive things and using the money for additional solutions to the climate crisis.

My psych is letting me try ADHD meds without getting neuropsych testing after all, which is great because that shit's expensive. Wish me luck getting it filled with the shortage and everything. I really hope it helps! I'm tired of being overwhelmed all the time and unable to focus on what I want to focus on.

Update: Day one on Adderall 10mg - It's a little too early to tell, but it might feel a little bit easier to focus on stuff. I don't feel "wired" or anything, and I'm still getting hungry as usual. My heart might be beating a little faster, which I was told to expect.

I should have gotten tested months ago already, but executive dysfunction and anxiety kept me from making the phone call. It's soooo expensive because of the way my insurance works (haven't met my deductible). Also, I have to abstain from cannabis and alcohol for thirty days.

I'm hoping this is a worthwhile investment, since I'm pretty sure I have ADHD. In fact, I'm pretty sure ADHD is the number one problem in my life right now.

Just wanted to share and get some encouragement and empathy about this process!
