Plenty of streets in Denver have an illegal "no park" sign. A towing company comes in and illegally tows your vehicle. What are your options then? Even if you go to small claims court, you won't get a response for a while and you need your car sooner than later.
The only option I can see is charge it to a CC, claim it was fraud, then take them to small claims.
